Yama no Okageya opened in 2014 as a butcher shop.
We have been providing meat to local customers and nearby restaurants.

The meat we handle is of high quality from Tottori Prefecture, including Tottori Wagyu beef produced by Torikai Livestock. In recent years, we have received requests from high-quality restaurants and eateries across the country, as well as from overseas, and have been sending meat to them.

In 2017, Tottori Wagyu beef won Japan's best meat quality at the Wagyu Olympics held in Miyagi Prefecture. Japan's No. 1 product was achieved through years of efforts by farmers, research institutes, and distributors.

Yama no Okage-ya will continue to value its producers and convey the value of carefully selected meat to customers around the world.
